One of the main tasks of the Observatory is to carry out research and analysis on the regional labour market.

 

 

The Observatory pursues one-off surveys, periodical surveys and desk research activities.

Województwo Małopolskie - the Małopolska Region (the Polish name for region is województwo - voivodeship) is a province in southern Poland with a capital in the city of Kraków. It is part of the broader ancient Małopolska which, together with Wielkopolska and Śląsk (Silesia), formed the early medieval Polish state. At present, it has an area of 15,108 square kilometres (5,833 sq mi), and a population of 3,267,731 (2006). More information...

 

The Labour Market and Education Observatory of Małopolska has its seat in the City of Kraków. 

 

In autumn 2012, the Labour Market and Education Observatory of Małopolska will host two international conferences devoted to labour market surveys.

 

In previous years, such meetings were held in Rome, Dublin, Copenhagen, Marseilles, and Luxembourg.
